2020 SPRING SEASON HAS BEEN CANCELLED

NSLL STATEMENT REGARDING COVID-19 CANCELATION

NSLL Family,

It is with great disappointment to announce that our 2020 SPRING SEASON FOR ALL DIVISIONS HAS BEEN CANCELLED. This has been an extremely unique, uncertain, and trying time for all. Our hopes were for baseball to serve as a much needed aide to our families and community coming out of this, but with still no definitive answers as to if, when, and how we could play, we are forced to make this decision at this time. We apologize this took so long to announce, but we were holding on until the bitter end and weighing all options until even late last night.

REFUNDS & CREDITS
Our league is a 100% nonprofit made up entirely of volunteers. As our season was just 3 days from beginning, a great portion of our budget had been spent on the annual costs to run a season and invest in future seasons. Some of these costs include uniforms, equipment, and numerous other capital improvements to our fields and snack shacks. With this being said, we are able to offer a 50% refund to those who would like one. We graciously welcome the donation of your 2020 Spring Fees to NSLL, helping us continue to maintain and grow our league during these challenging times. For those who choose not to donate at this time, please fill out a refund request form here: https://novatosouthlittleleague.com/covid19refund/. In addition, every registered player will receive a $75 credit for a future NSLL season (spring or fall), their uniform and hat from this season, along with a grey NSLL practice shirt they should have already received. Each team’s Manager will be in touch regarding distribution of uniforms and hats.

FALL BALL
Although our Spring Season was cut short, we have every intention of making this year's Fall Season the biggest and best ever. All players’ league age status will be preserved, so please look for more details in the coming weeks/months.

We thank everyone again for the patience and understanding during this time, and we look forward to seeing you and your families out on the field soon.
