If you would like to run for the 2015 Board of Directors, you must submit your statement of interest in a WORD document to
no later than Tuesday September 2 in order to have your name appear on the ballot. Your statement may not be any longer than 250 words and will be printed verbatim (with a cut-off at 250 words). Per our constitution, a board member must attend at least 70% of all regularly scheduled board meetings or is subject to removal.
Immediately following the membership meeting on September 9, the new board will meet in an organizational executive session to finalize officer and other roles on the board to help us get up and running as soon as possible to prepare for the 2015 season.
If you have any questions, please call Christopher Gilkerson, our Parliamentarian, at 608-1093. We look forward to seeing our Members on September 9.
