PCA / Snack Shack Training

PARENT PCA / SNACK SHACK TRAINING

Our League sponsored Positive Coaching Alliance class Second-Goal Parent: Developing Winners in Life Through Sports will be held on March 3rd along with our snack shack training.

This class will provide tools, steps, and advice for youth sports parents to focus on helping their children process the life lessons uniquely available through sports. This highly interactive workshop provides specific tips and techniques for parents to use in talking with their children on game day, developing a productive parent - coach relationship, and becoming effective and positive supporters in the stands.

The PCA portion of the training will be from 7-8 pm. All parents are strongly encouraged to attend. It is essential we are all in the same page about how to best support our kids.

The team with the most parents in attendance will win a pizza party.

From 8-9 will be the snack shack training, where we will review all the procedures for sustaining each snack shack, including food handling etc.

Each team from AA - Majors must have at least on parent in attendance for this portion of the evening, though it would be great if all parents could stay.

Date: Tues. Mar 3, 2015
Time: PCA 7 - 8 PM
Time: Snack Shack - 8 - 9 PM
Location: Hamilton Community Center: West Wing, 503 South Palm Drive
